I have been working as a Realtor on the Cape for almost 20 years. I was raised in Chatham and have lived here most of my adult life - this business has led me to enjoy and explore the many corners of Cape Cod. I have raised my son here, built a few houses, had several businesses and still, this is where I want to be. I take on the challenge of educating Buyers uncertain of where they may want to settle, providing expertise to a qualified audience of homeowners and homebuyers who seek excellent service along with a lengthy record of success. In addition, a few years ago I added a new business concept to the general business of real estate called "Staging", a "must do" for anyone selling residential properties today. I can make suggestions and/or prepare your home for sale in ways that maximize its appeal to the greatest number of buyers - and it is very effective!
