Taxes are prorated at closing. Final water bill is paid at closing by Seller. Gas and electric meters read day of closing and final bill sent to Seller. When there is an oil tank, it is customary for Seller to fill tank immediately prior to the closing and Seller will be reimbursed for full tank of oil.
