Kathleen Phelan joins Pine Acres after a long and rewarding career as a high school guidance counselor. Her experience in real estate includes renovating and rehabbing historic homes with her husband who is in the construction field. Kathleen possesses a solid knowledge of home construction and has spent time staging and preparing homes for market. “Houses are like the teenagers I once worked with: some just need a little love and encouragement to bloom while others are wonderful just the way they are!” Kathleen enjoys the process of finding that perfect house for a client who is seeking to make Cape Cod their permanent or part time home. Showing people the beauty of this special place is one of the most rewarding aspects of her job. When not working she enjoys spending time on her boat exploring the waterways of the lower Cape with her husband and five grown children.
