oby Merk has been in real estate for 27 years - owning her own business, Pine Acres Realty, since 1985. She has been very active in the community and with the Board of Realtors, having been a past president of the Chatham Chamber of Commerce and a State Director for the Massachusetts Board of Realtors. Toby is presently a member of the professional standards committee at the Cape Cod & Islands Board of Realtors.

Toby's personal interests include swimming, boating, skiing and travel. Her love of travel has opened doors to exciting and fulfilling ventures such as a rewarding trip to Honduras with Cape Cares and volunteer work at the Iditarod in Alaska.
